I did a walk through at the end of the lease, during which time, I was told the apartment looked ok. I have two dogs so I anticipated there would be serious cleaning fees. I was not prepared for the $800 charge that sucked up my security and animal deposits and led to a bill of $300. I was even okay with the bill, once a management representative kindly called me after hours to discuss. The problem.....the $300 is due 15 days from the mailing date.
